I’ve lived in East English Village for over 40 years and have known M.L. for many of them, professionally and personally. I’ve seen his work improve our neighborhoods — mowing lawns at abandoned homes and helping remove blight. As a Detroit Police Commissioner, I can say M.L. was a fair and impartial reporter when addressing public safety issues. He knows his way around City Hall and he know how to get things done!
